Winery: Ransom

The wine has a rich yellow-gold hue [colour], the colour of an old piece of gum. The nose shows ripe stonefruit (peach, nectarine) characters, and hints of honey or beeswax [aroma]. In mouth the wine has flavours of nut, and peach [flavour]. The palate is crisp, weighty, full-bodied with a long, dry finish that displays fruit, honey and subtle oak [mouthfeel]. A very nice crisp finish.
