A stunning rich pink colour with numerous big bubbles. The nose is reminiscent of summer red berries. On the palate it is ripe strawberry with a touch of cool mint. The effervescence in the mouth is delightful, and the wine finishes dry.
FOOD MATCH A perfect match with any banquette of brunch dishes, herby scramble egg, crispy bacon, sausages, tomato, pesto and cheese, hash browns with lots of onion and herbs.
